Aloe Vera is perennial plant.it have a leaves that hold large quantities of water.inside the leaves you can see the clear,thick gel.this clear thick gel usually used for minor cuts and burns.Aloe Vera can grow up to 36 inches long.
Aloe Vera has been used for thousand years to heal many condition,usually to treat burn,skin irritations and constipation. Aloe Vera can be grown in subtropical and tropical location,this include south Africa,Latin america and the Caribbean.

Aloe Vera remains the most commonly used herbs in the united states nowadays. this herbs also one of the most frequently prescribed medicines throughou most of the 18th and 19th centuries.

1) constipation- the juice from Aloe Vera leaves is natural and powerful laxative.however it can cause painful cramping and is not safe to use this way. because of that oral use of aloe for constipation is o longer recommended,as it have severe side effects.
2)diabetes
- one studies show that Aloe Vera juice can reduce blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes.however more research need to be conducted to determined whether aloe is useful for diabetes
3)good for skin
- on study found that Aloe Vera combined with tretinoin was more effective that tretinoin alone for treating acne.some researcher claim that Aloe Vera gel may be useful in treatment of inflammatory skin condition such as ultraviolet-induced erythema
4)burns
- aloe gel is made up from the central part of the Aloe Vera.aloe gel is a common household remedies to cure minor cuts,burns and sunburns because of that you can found aloe in many commercial skin lotions and cosmetics
- there is active compound in the Aloe Vera that may reduce pain,inflammation and stimulate skin repair and growth.it also have an effective moisturizing agent.
- one study show that people who had burn site healed completely in less than 16 days when treats with Aloe Vera compared people who is treated with silver sulfadiazine that is 19 days.
- Aloe Vera is also good to treat minors burns and skin irritations.it should not be applied to an open wound.

precation when using Aloe Vera
- Aloe Vera gel is safe when you used to applied on the skin but should not be applied to open or deep wound.
- take Aloe Vera as a laxative may cause several intestinal cramps or diarrhea and it is not recommended.
- pregnant women must never take aloe laxative because it may cause uterine contraction and trigger miscarriage
- high doses of aloe can cause kidney damage
